From voice to application map: Xsupra closes the loop from spreading to reordering with the Alora voice assistant

AgTech company Xsupra makes creating application maps as easy as a spoken sentence. With the Alora voice assistant in its farm management platform Xsupra.farm, farmers generate part-field-specific application maps for fertilization directly by voice. This automatically kicks off an end-to-end workflow: from map creation through documentation and inventory adjustment to a reordering task — without a single media break.

One task that used to be spread across four tools

Anyone who wants to create an application map today typically switches between GIS software at the desk, a separate documentation system, an inventory list, and finally the order with the dealer. Every transition costs time, and every transition is a potential source of error. The actual decision — where on the field how much should be applied — often comes at the end of a long software detour. Xsupra.farm reverses this flow. The starting point is your voice; everything else runs in the background.

The workflow: four steps, one command

Creation by voice

The user describes the planned fertilization measure in a natural sentence — crop, field, product, and objective. Alora translates the spoken instruction into a part-field-specific application map and identifies exactly the areas of the field that need attention. This way, application maps can be created for several fields at once in just a few seconds. The finished map can be handed over to the machine as a shape file.

Documentation

Creating the map also produces the complete, audit-ready documentation of the measure. What was planned and applied is immediately recorded in the field record book — not as a downstream obligation, but as a by-product of the actual work.

Inventory adjustment

The applied quantity is automatically deducted from the inventory. The farm always sees what is really in stock — without manual upkeep.

Reordering task

If a stock level falls below the defined threshold, Xsupra.farm automatically creates a reordering task. A fertilization out in the field thus becomes — with no extra effort — the right order at the right time.
